Shipping Info: Orleans Street Records uses the US Postal Service, unless otherwise noted. We generally ship all in stock product within 5 business days upon receipt of the order. Orders placed after 11AM (EST) may not be processed until the next business day.

If an order is placed that includes an item not currently in stock, we generally hold the entire order until that item becomes available. Likewise, any pre-order for an item that is not yet released for sale will be shipped when the item is released.
Return Policy: Orleans Street Records will gladly accept returns on items in the original condition (UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNOPENED) within 10 days of the purchase date. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns. Orleans Street Records does not accept returns of any opened music or worn garments.

With ANY return of an item purchased online, please email us at sales@orleansstreetrecords.com to make return arrangements. We cannot accept returns without prior email authorization. Please take care when packing the product for return.

We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.
